Din Bil gathered all their employees in Sweden for the first time for a kick-off. In addition to social values, the focus was on discussing the future of the car manufacturing business in general and the company in particular. The comedian Kristoffer Appelquist moderated a talk show that offered short but well-prepared talks with various key people from the organization.
The multifaceted target group placed high demands on smart content. The exposure of Din Bil’s own products was interspersed with a cosy and lovely mingle evening filled with activities, entertainment and lots of social interaction.
After the event, we were able to see that the employees were more positive about the industry's impending changes, that they saw themselves working longer at Din Bil than before and it was clearer how the company’s work with its values can help achieve the current goals for the business.
