Snickers Workwear creates workwear and products for craftsmen, designed to be the industry’s most functional, durable and style-conscious. With the concept “The innovator never gets nostalgic,” we set out to bring the brand’s heritage to life by bridging past and future, innovation and forward-thinking. The solution? To take 220 employees on an experience in three acts.
Opening conference – theory and discussions focused on vision, goals and inspiration.
History tunnel – a walk through time where Snickers Workwear’s most iconic innovations were brought to life alongside the possibilities of next-generation product developments. An ambitious exhibition setup also showcased the latest clothing and product collections being launched to the market.
Gala dinner – a wholehearted anniversary celebration with great food, entertainment and genuine joy.
The impact?

The result was a significant increase in sales, strong social media engagement, and a clear rise in job applications from new talent. The event was such a success that it was later replicated on a European scale in Belgium.
