1,200 participants gathered for a powerful internal rally – a culture-building concept where pulse, rhythm and heartbeat became the central metaphors for the company’s values.

Through music, storytelling, movement and active participation, the message “The tech company with people at heart” was brought to life – where every individual is part of the whole and together creates the company’s collective pulse.

An emotional narrative of the company’s history was interwoven with a choir, a synchronized rhythm choreography creating a powerful “heartbeat,” the year’s most entertaining exhibition solution, and a spectacular finale where, as a surprise and as part of the story about the value of everyone’s daily work, we turned off all the lights in the entire Globe arena.

The evening continued with dinner and celebration, original songs created for the HIT-maker competition, and a grand dance show packed with wow moments.

The impact? Happy guest feedback, strong social media engagement, significant sales increases, and clear improvements in employer branding – including lower staff turnover and more spontaneous job applications. A great success.
