KOMMEK has since 1985 been the country's largest and leading meeting place for all those who work with finance and governance in municipalities, county councils and regions. More than 2700 visitors gathered for two days in Malmö to attend 60 seminars and meet over 70 exhibitors.
Creative Meetings was in charge of developing communication, marketing, effect measurement, as well as coordinating the planning of the seminar schedule and the networking area: Mötestorget. The coordination of digital and physical media required coordination between the media agency, the web agency and the venue.
Results: 94% of the participants had a positive overall impression of the event, 85% feel inspired and 97% want to come back. 35% gave the highest marks for learning something new and valuable at KOMMEK. The goal of creating at least 30% new visitors was achieved and as many as 64% left their contact details to at least one new person.
