Folktandvården Stockholm was going to implement the offer “Healthy dental care” as a central part of their business. Small meetings for training and communicating the message internally took place at each clinic and one week before the launch of the offer everyone was invited to a kick-off.
Creative Meetings was in charge of the entire production of this meeting that gathered over 1 600 people. We started communicating with the employees before the kick-off through a dialogue-based web site where the employees could share both positive and negative thoughts about the implementation.
The venue Cirkus was filled to the brim and the day was designed as a talk show and various people from FTV were interviewed.
